We start by documenting your environment so it is not in anyone's head. We put monitoring on the servers and network so a failing drive or a full disk is something we deal with, not something you discover.
Updates get handled carefully. Workstations are kept current. Servers are updated after we have looked at what the update did elsewhere, because Microsoft has shipped more than one server update that broke things this year.
Your staff have a number to call and a person who answers. We sit down with you on a schedule we agree on, go over what happened, and talk about what should change next.
Agreements are written in plain English with a cancellation option.
