Sage X3 and Sage 300 hold the operational data. We build Grafana dashboards on top of it so the people running the warehouse can see what is happening now, not in last week's report.
The numbers are in the ERP, but getting them out means a report someone runs on Monday and an export to Excel. By the time a late order shows up, the customer has already called.
We connect Grafana to a read-only copy of your Sage data and build the panels with the people who will use them. Open pick tickets by stage, orders past their promised date, lines picked per hour, shipments by carrier. Refresh rate is set with you, and it runs on infrastructure we look after.
