Employee onboarding: from days to minutes

Employee onboarding is usually slower and messier than it should be. Manual pipelines with many touchpoints across many people produce inconsistencies. Account A is set up correctly, accounts B and C drift.

We built an onboarding pipeline that gets a new hire fully set up in about 20 minutes, even in complex organizations, compared to the day or more it usually takes.

The process

  1. Collect the new hire's data.
  2. Process the data.
  3. Submit it to our automation tool.
  4. Create the accounts, assign domain access, and generate credentials.
  5. Notify IT and open tickets for any tasks the IT team owns.
  6. Notify the other parties: HR, payroll, the hiring manager.

The result is faster, consistent onboarding that leaves room for improvement over time. If you want the same for your team, get in touch.
