Our Process:

  1. Collects new hire data.
  2. Processes the data.
  3. Submits the data to our automation tool.
  4. Sets up accounts as needed and assigns the required domain access, with credentials randomly generated.
  5. Notifies IT and creates tickets for any tasks relevant to the IT team.
  6. Sends notifications to relevant parties, such as HR for onboarding, payroll, hiring manager, etc.
